Day 28 November Self Love Challenge

Spend a day giving yourself compliments every chance you can.

Today’s prompt is simple, spend the day complimenting yourself every chance you get. Notice your reflection in a window, let yourself know how great you look. Finish a task at work earlier than you planned to, give yourself a pat on the back for efficiency. Cook something that tastes good for dinner, award yourself your own 3 Michelin stars.

I spent the day noticing every time I gave myself a compliment and taking down notes so I could share.

8:30am – Brushed my hair, I am loving how I look with extensions.

9:15am – Bought myself a Turmeric latte instead of regular coffee and felt like a healthy goddess!

10:30am – Had a security issue at work, handled it like a boss.

12:00pm – Treated myself to some Wonton Noodle Soup, I’m enjoying my pregnancy cravings while they last.

2:00pm – Another work-related issue, I can handle anything!

2:50pm – Have already finished 4 litres of water, I am the water queen.

3:00pm – Bought myself a chocolate covered Santa marshmello, I am all about the treats today and I don’t have a care in the world.

4:00pm – Spent sometime editing my group project for uni like productive group member!

5:00pm – Caught a glimpse of myself in the car window on the way home, might be a little tired but damn my make up still looks fresh.

Pretty happy with today’s achievements and my compliments, it was a long and stressful work day but I handled it pretty well I think.
