Day 7 November Self Love Challenge

Put on your favourite album and dance around like no one is watching.

Dancing is good for the soul, there is a feeling you get when you put on great music, blast it through the speakers and dance like a crazy person. Music is can transport you to another time, a memory, a moment in time when things were less complicated.

Sometimes the best thing for stress is to let off a little bit of steam and sometimes the best way to let off steam is to just dance all your troubles away.

I have multiple Spotify playlists that I like to listen to when I’m having a bad day or just want to put some music on, dance around in the kitchen and get the dishes done and the house cleaned.

For when I am feeling like I am the best and just want to get things done:

When I am feeling a little nostalgic for my teenage years and want to reminisce:

When I just want to sing to a bunch of great songs:

When I am angry and want to stew in my feelings:
