How often do we take time out of our busy life just to treat ourselves? I find it challenging to disconnect from everything, having a busy job and a family it can be hard to justify both the time and money spent on treating yourself.
Today’s prompt is to treat yourself to a facial or sheet mask, treating yourself whether for 5 minutes or a few hours is worth its weight in gold. It’s true that we all need a little restart some days and something as simple as a sheet mask each Sunday night before the start of the week can really recharge your batteries and set you up for a powerhouse work week.
I went a little further and booked myself in for a full body pregnancy pamper session at a local day spa. It took a little rearranging and I had to actually block time out in my diary to allow for it but I am really looking forward to relaxing and taking some time to refresh.
