How far along: 16 weeks
Baby H2.0: Weighs 99g and is 11.7 cm from crown to rump, about the size of an avocado my favourite healthy fat!
Gender: Unknown, I have been calling it a her more lately but I don’t think that holds any significance.
Weight gain:+ 3 kg since we found out, that’s a jump up of 1 kg this week. I am hoping its just fluid but I doubt it, I have been treating myself a bit lately.
Sleep: I’m falling asleep quite well when it isn’t super hot at night!
Symptoms: No real symptoms this week which is nice.
Cravings / Aversions: Still eating anything spicy no real aversions either.
Maternity Clothes: Loving my pant extenders but that is it so far for maternity ware, my tops are now offically getting to tight to wear and I have nothing for my sisters engagement party next week.
Exercise: I am aiming for 5000 steps per day, with a 5 minute walk around my office every hour between 9am and 5pm.
Mood: Loving this pregnancy and trying to make the most of it.
Wedding rings: Off – side note my engagement ring broke and I still haven’t fixed it which is why I am not wearing any rings at the moment
Belly Button in or out: It’s currently an innie, was the hold last pregnancy I am assuming it will stay the same.
Movement: Nothing yet hoping to feel something soon though! I felt Levi at 16 weeks so thought I would have felt something already.
What I miss: Being able to get dressed in the morning without trying on 25 different tops because they all cling to the lower half of my stomach and not in a cute pregnant belly way.
Preeclampsia: No signs.
Best moment of the week: Finally uploading our announcement photo’s to facebook.
Worst moment of the week: I don’t have one this week.
What I am looking forward to: Having a nice long relaxing day on Sunday.
There you have the week 16 recap, this week has been wonderful. I have found with both pregnancies now that I am happier and healthier throughout.
